2. No Refunds for Digital Services

Since Cloud API provides digital services that are immediately accessible after purchase or subscription, we do not offer refunds for services once they have been accessed, used, or activated. This includes but is not limited to subscriptions to our platform, software access, API services, or other related digital products.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service not received: If you have paid for a service but did not receive access to the service due to a technical issue on our end, we will investigate and may issue a refund after confirming the issue.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.
  • Billing errors: In the event of a billing error, we will correct the issue and issue a refund if applicable.

4. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please follow this process:

  • Once we receive your request, we will review the situation and respond within 7 business days.
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing systems, banks, or third-party payment providers.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to any of Cloud API’s services and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription. Your access to the services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
