  • Refrain from using Cloud API for sending or managing illegal or prohibited content, including but not limited to hate speech, spam, malware, or any other material that violates applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and ensuring that your account is used in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if we detect suspicious activity in relation to your use of our platform.

7. License to Use the Service

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and all associated data may be deleted. Any outstanding fees or payments must be settled immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud API and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the services or your inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud API, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Haryana, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Cloud API shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhiwani, Haryana.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Cloud API after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
